Founder of Cook n Create Jess is a qualified and vastly experienced Food Technology/Food and Nutrition teacher with a First Class Hons degree in Food, Nutrition and Consumer Sciences. Jess has a magical way with then kids and EVERY child leaves a Cook n Create adventure with a HUGE smile on their faces!!
Jess is often described as 'Enthusiastic, Engaging, fun, positive and excitable' .. we agree! She is all of those things and so SO much more! Her energy is contagious and the kiddies find her enchanting!
Fun aside (but ...not really!) we also love to focus on the importance of building healthy eating habits, making healthy choices and nutrition. We love to discuss healthy alternatives and experiment with all the beautiful, fresh, nourishing foods we have on our doorstep here in sunny South Australia!
How can you get involved?
Jess whizzes ALL over Adelaide and hosts AMAZING educational and FUN incursions. She hosts in Kindy's, Primary Schools, High Schools, OSHC's, daycares, Special Schools ... everywhere!
Ever the teacher, Jess runs an extensive educational program she can dip in and out of to meet your requirements. An educational incursion will 100% be built around your criteria and desired outcomes! Want to know more?
Excursions
We host novelty, FUN and interactive events ALL OVER Adelaide at both inside and outside locations. These sessions rage from Bub n Bake (HUGELY POPULAR!), themed events, council events and even cooking clubs and creative workshops! These sessions are available for ALL ages... even grown ups!

We host parties at a location of your choice (at your home or somewhere else of your choice!) and we TOTALLY tailor the party around your specifications! We can host at indoor or outdoor locations.
1:1 Food confidence sessions are custom built around your child. Food confidence sessions support and nurture those who need some additional support.
After School Cooking Club is an INCREDIBLE experience for your child to build lifelong skills through fun!
