Cook n Create has been born from my love and passion for food, nutrition and cooking combined with my enthusiasm for teaching and empowering children and teenagers.

Getting children back to basics, getting creative, having fun and laughing until our tummies hurt and our cheeks ache is what Cook n Create is all about!

I am from Wales, UK and I now live in Adelaide with my family. I am a mummy of 2 awesome kiddos who inspire me every day!

Having grown up in the food industry (a chocolate farm no less - CLICK HERE to find out more!) completed a First Class honors Degree in Food and Consumer Science, a Post Graduate Certificate of Education a career in the classroom took sky rocketed. A move to Adelaide in 2016 sent a curveball my way and so Cook n Create was born and it's been the BEST adventure EVER!

Jess hosted a pizza birthday party for my son. We had a fantastic time! Jess is so organised, there was little needed to be done on our behalf. All we had to do was provide the location. Jess is engaging with the kids and her enthusiasm is contagious. All the kids enjoyed themselves and even the fussy eaters were eager to eat their creations. Thanks Jess for wonderful, engaging and enjoyable party!

Jess is a wonderful teacher and my daughter absolutely loves her cooking classes. It's the only activity she's wanted to continue with term after term and our son must be feeling the FOMO as he's asked to do Jess' classes next year too! Our daughter has learnt so much about food and cooking and the classes really help to develop her fine motor skills. The dishes taste delicious too 😋 Highly recommend x

Jess creates such a warm and welcoming environment for the whole family- Mr 9 went from being so shy to looking forward to being with his friends and being so proud of making food for the family. We all enjoyed the food too. Looking toward to the next term❤️

My 7 year old has just completed a term of After School Club and really enjoyed learning new skills. Jess's enthusiasm is infectious and the class was very welcoming. Highly recommended!

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience with Jess from 'Cook n Create'. We took part in the 4 week Bub and Bake class. Jess is incredibly engaging and knowledgeable. The classes were very well structured and tailored for young children. The recipes were healthy and delicious and my daughter learnt alot about cooking skills and also healthy eating. We had a wonderful time and look forward to the next block of classes. Thanks so much Jess!

Jess came out for my daughters 7th birthday and I cannot recommend her enough. I would do that party 100 times over if I could. All the children had an amazing time and all the parents are still talking about what a great idea of a party it is. Especially the part where Jess even takes all the mess home with her. What an amazing class! Jess is absolutely amazing with the kids and makes each class fun, enjoyable and entertaining. My daughter is a very basic eater and this opened up her to a whole new world of new foods while keeping it fun and exciting. She learnt a great set of kitchen skills and just simply made her more confident in the kitchen and with cooking. Jess is seriously amazing with kids and would highly recommend the after school club or simply a private event. I have done both and they have both been amazing. Easy, simple and no stress.

We hired Cook n Create for our daughter's 6th birthday party and went with the pizza party package for 10. Jess was incredible, she's full of energy and made the kids feel like little chefs! I didn't have to lift a finger other than serving drinks to the parents, what an easy day that was for me! Wonderful experience, fabulous host. I've recommended Cook n Create to all of my friends wholeheartedly do the same to all reading this!

Cook n Create After School Club is one of the best things my kids have ever done. Love that it accommodated both my 5 & 10 you in the same calss. Kids loved getting hands on every week with food and Jess is just brilliant, they loved her and she taought them so many skills that they are still using six months later.....HIGHLY RECCOMMEND (she also does smaller workshops, kids parties and private group bookings I believe)

We came along to one of Jess’s holiday programs and my daughter had a ball, so much so that we decided to join the after school cooking club. Jess is fun and engaging, the kids adore her. She builds confidence in kids cooking abilities, teaches them about healthy eating and balance with ‘sometimes foods’. Within the class she lets them be creative and individual and so the same dish is unique and special to each kid! Would highly recommend this class!
